I liked the courteous staff and the support they provided. Visited them thrice to find a car and was provided with adequate knowledge each time. A Special mention for Mr Krishna and Mr Saroj who provided timely information and also undertook the RC and other legal work.
They also provide after Sales service and give a 1 year guarantee on the Engine of the Car.
All in all it was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our second car from South City Cars 2 years back and it is working well till date. However due to lockdown and work from home, we did not collect the RC Card for last 2 years. The car was 2007 model and is due for fitness certificate this month end. So I called Basavraj 2 days back to check if he has the RC Card. He said he will check and call me back. Today afternoon he called me to confirm that he has the RC Card and that I can come and collect it. I just returned collecting my RC Card and he also offered to help with the fitness certificate. This to me is very good customer service. Excellent work by South City Cars. Basavraj, Ravi and Anand (former partner). I will recommend this place for anyone considering a used car and even other RTO services they help with.
