★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gated community, 20 mins in car from Ruby Hospital bus stop. No public transport available till complex. Interiors are good and spacious, currently under construction. Finishing of the work is however not upto mark. Has shopping complex within campus. Marketing agent Primarc/ NK Realtors

Its surrounding area is mainly rural and devoloping. So it's unique to have such modern facilities in peaceful natural surroundings. But in future this area will become one of the busiest parts of extended Kolkata .
