★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer experience. People management skills are so worse, they don't provide basic services properly. We as customers keep on calling them just to get status updates as they don't bother providing any information on time! I don't want to name call anyone working in this showroom; but my first car buying experience has went south because of couple of people working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Don't purchase any tata model from here. Personally experienced. At last I had to cancel my bookings (tata punch) and had to purchase from another dealer. They take bookings and will not be able to deliver at all. They even don't bother to update their customers or will tell you exact dates and all. Even your refund amount they will not give on time. One star also given as didn't had another option. Otherwise they don't deserve one star also.

Got assisted by Ankush Uppadhyay, who is an excellent, sincere and very cooperative person, as i had to purchase the car before Diwali and too on urgent basis. But he assisted in handing over the vehicle as soon as he can(before the time limit). Also helped me in getting good exchange value for my WagonR 2008 model. All the staff, and their Team members, including the Manager were very helpful. Totally appreciate their effort. Keep up the good work!!

Nice Showroom, friendly staff.
The delivery got a but delayed due to the covid spread in January, but the staff was very cooperative and responded back to us always and kept proper track of the delivery. Delivery was hassle free they have made the vehicle clean and ready before the delivery, so we could take the vehicle without delay.
All process and demo was given with good understanding.
