We have ordered Masala stuffed chaap via Zomato.First of all the item recieved was not the same as told by the Redturant over call.secondly a very foul smell was coming out from the food container as we opened it.It was very embarassing situation in front of our guests but still i thought could be sort out by talking to the resturant owner.But he was very rude.When i explained him the situation his response was that he will first send his person to collect the food item and then check it and then deliver it again a total process of 90 to 100 mins.
I told him that if something can be done fast as the guest already started having dinner then his reply was "talk to Zomato or do whatever u want to"
I was very much shocked over his reply.and very sorry to say that for a mere amount of rs 170/- he has lost his customer for lifetime and this is the reason some times i wonder that why he is sitting idle with no orders and on the other hand the resturant opposite to his has a very heavy footfall despite having same menue and prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place, they keep food in deep freezer and use it later, they have all the stale food. On top of it they keep fried food in deep freeze ( Its poison for body) First and last time tried. Not recommended at all. Ppl who r giving good reviews must be friends of the owner, bcz they have the worst food and attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Rajasthani Chap Curry and Tandoori Roti . There's no seating arrangement, one might have to have their food on the table kept outside. The food, however, the spicy gravy, juicy chap and Tandoori Rotis which were a little fluffy yet crispy, was worth the money.
