β β β β β Worst travel, they will give priority to luggage, goods service in all the buses even volvo busess and they will take 18 to 20 hours from pune to bangalore because of luggage service. So please. Don't travel in this busess in the future if you want to right time. Rating 0 is not three that's why I have given 1.

β β β β β very very bad experiance . they are cancelling bus suddenly and shifting to another bus convineant of their time not of passengers and if you say and not giving seat as we booked . they will give seat in double if you booked single , they will give upper if you booked lower, and if you said somthing to them to adjust they are saying your ticket is cancelled but actually ticket also they are not cancelling. and they will ask money to travel after booking ticket....Very Very Worst Travel Company.

β β β β β Very Very Cheap Service, the buses are never on time, the management is so unorganised compared to the rates.
Bus arrival was delayed by 1 hour and it reached the destination 4 hours late. I was charged more than what I was promised. Bus took so many halts on the way, I missed my meeting because of your disgusting service. Your Manager at Bangalore office is a liar.
You guys should take lessons from Nakoda Travels.

β β β β β My mother travelled in SR travels from Mydukur to Bangalore and lost bag. Bus staff very terrible and irresponsible and not helpful to check the bag with co passenger. Charged 1500 rupees not worth of service. Sharing this response so others won't suffer from this service.

β β β β β Rude behaviour from staff , had to argue for 20 mins for them to make them stop for bio break the uneducated staff also argued with me for stopping as he was too lazy to open the Courier box to get my luggage back Was also late 45 mins and also didnt answer calls .Keep it as last option to book . Sadly no Zero stars ?
