★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This idol was installed Sri vyasaraja teertha about 600 years back, the temple was reconstructed in 1996 with help of localities and kathriguppa villagers, puja is performed by sringeri purohith. Lot of ppl visit this place. Hanuma jayanthi in December is a big festival here.

The idol is not been carved it's been visualized by shri Vysa theertharu and the impression Hanuman was engraved on the stone ..such a sacred place.. the temple premises is so peaceful and homely. Every Saturday there ll be special pooja and archane.. Request to keep the premises neat and clean if you visit.
