★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are fraud! We were visiting Bangalore for a wedding and planned to go to coorg for sight seeing. My husband spoke to Krishna the manager for Shree Ram travel and booked an Innova for 2 days after giving 2000 advance. They didnt send any reciept and said the driver will get it. The driver came 45 minutes late than the decide time. While we had just started the journey the driver stopped for his own breakfast ( around 10am) and we waited for 45minutes. After which the driver tool 2000 more cash and 3000 petrol money for the rest of the journey. As soom as we got the tank full the car broke down and finally stopped at Mandya! Krishna and the driver srinivasan had no legitimate answer to any of our questions. They kept talking to each othwr while we were standing on the road for 3 hrs with no one to help. The driver clearly said his agency owner never told him about the advance and he is not responsible for the car neither was it his fault. We could not speak much as we were new and alone with family and luggage. My dad somehow managed to get another cab and also made them spoke to shree ram travels. They communicated tbat the new cab will only take 8000 and rest shree ram will adjust with us! However, nothing of that sort happened. The new cab agency took 10000 cash from us and Shreem agnecy has not reimbursed any money. They do not pickup calls as well. We are going to file an FIR against the agency for money fraud and harassment. Please be careful with such fraudulent activities - they are only affecting the country's tourism. We will make sure these people get punished and we get our money back with whatever source we have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travelled agency is a fraud one. We have hired a cab (Innova) from Bangalore for Coorg. First of all the driver was late by 45 mins. Then they have sent us bad condition cab. The agent (Krishna) and the driver knew about it. Krishna took Rs 2000 advance for booking a day before and then the driver took Rs.5000 (3000 for diesel and 2000 cash). After taking the money the car broke down mid way at Mandya. We were standing on the road for 3 hours with our family includes females. After 3 hours we managed to hire some new cab (Toyota Etios sedan) from local agency (Royal) in Mandya and we have to leave the previous cab we hired. Krishna stopped picking our calls after taking the money. The new agency told us that the charge will be Rs.8000. After completing the trip the driver said that it is Rs. 10000 and we have to pay that. Also Krishna from earlier agency denied to give us the refund of the amount paid.
We come to the state for good moments and this is how people treat us.
Sri Ram Travels is a fraud agency. Do not book cabs from this agency. And we are lodging a FIR to Karnataka police for such fraud.
