Day light is ample & hall is in very good locality with good accessibility for any transport.
Being an old building, it has been only painted from time to time but does not have any lucrative flooring, lighting, amenities in rooms, rest rooms, Hand wash, Dining hall, etc. This could also be the reason their pricing is competitive for the location. We had to get the decorator to do a temporary job of giving it better looks.
Overall, if you are looking for an average place in the city centre then this is a good place. But if you are looking for modern amenities & expecting latest looks & infrastructure then this place will fall short of your expectations.
