Two worst experiences in last about a year..
Today 23 Apr- My appointment for MRI was delayed by 45 min for unknown reasons. The issue is that they could make 2 calls in a day to chk whether I was coming or not but could not inform on their own known delay over phone. This was in-spite of my taking advance confirmation of no lapse in timing. Request Star imaging to not post some lame excuses of medical urgency which can never stop you from informing delay in appointment over phone.
2nd episode was a year back during peak covid times when I wanted to do CT scan for my son and reception team asked me to stand in queue of covid patients.
Both times, I did not avail their services & Today was my last visit to this place.
The institute has pasted their vision statement prominantly only for others to read but no follower inside.
Wish them luck and some magic to achieve their "Vision Statement".
Update 5th May - Surprisingly I got MRI done from other place in 5700 for which Star imaging asked for 14200.

Special thanks to Mr. Aniket Chakrawarti for helping us in arranging the MRI appointment on short notice and moving things swiftly.
Would definitely recommend this center.

Was assisted by "Aniket Chakravarti" who was polite & helpful.
He gave all required information before hand also ensured if I was comfortable before and after the scanning. Infant the staff even extended shift for me as I had got the last slot of appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and cooperative, they provide all the necessary information regarding the scan before performing it. Findings in the scan were explained properly by the technician. Special thanks to Mr Aniket Chakrawarti who was of great help in setting up the appointment at a convenient time and explaining the prior preparations needed for the scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am super impressed by the professionalism of Star Imaging processes and systems. Mr. Manish Thorat helped me with getting an appointment scheduled at a very short notice. The staff at Star Imaging Wakad was very personable and helpful. They helped my mother with all the necessary precautions to get her tests completed. There was no wait time as such as we went there few mins before our appointment time. The test results were emailed to me in couple of hours. I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well organised center. But had bad experience with the technician, he did not take back-up of the previous scan CD for comparison and handed it back to me and then called me again after 2 hour to bring it back to compare it with latest scan.
Despite this hiccup the facility is awesome and I got a feedback call as well where when I mentioned the problem I faced they assured to prevent it in future for any patient.
Considering it a human error and ignoring it while giving the full 5 star rating.
