★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg worst staff I have never seen .. they are so so rude and as if they assume we need them .. actually they behave like uneducated people .. I don’t know how each and everyone is working with that nationalize bank .. even manager is so rude and pathetic and cheap .. I don’t have more words for this branch .. they need customers.. customers don’t need bank as they have so many other banks options to open account ...pls don’t open account with this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank has workers working in it with full of attitude as if they are lending us the money. no proper facility available. If you don't know something and you contact the person they directly call the security person and scold him why he allowed us to consult her. When I went the maam on second desk did this. I don't think this is the way to behave with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of Paud Road branch is pathetic. They're very rude and unhelpful. If we are waiting at their counter they will spend time talking with other staff members and crack jokes, go for a walk in the branch or go away with excuses of drinking water. Even senior citizens have suffered. While in queue I met a elderly gentleman who was 82yrs and had some PPF settlement to be done and he mentioned that he came in the branch at 11am and was kept waiting until 2pm. Absolutely horrible treatment given to customers. These staff members think no end of themselves and treat the account holders poorly. Just so dissatisfied with the services provided here. If state bank head office can consider all our complaints and concerns and take action according to the feedback it would be really helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Here the staff cannot talk properly to the customers and then yell at them when it's there own mistake. They don't even check the spellings written on the dd or cheque and then blame us. No ethics at all in this branch. Not worth at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very great experience with manager of this branch! My home loan account is closed without any hassle and NOC given immediately with verification. Manger is very polite and redirected us to next branch for documents collection.

Went there to open a new savings account. I was told that they no longer have that facility and it is freezed. After meeting the manager, he asked me to fill and submit the form next day.
It's been 8 days, and 3 visits but account is still not open.
These government employees get their hefty salaries on time and don't bother about new additional business coming their way.
Privatisation will definitely improve their working style and customer centricity.
