★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service took 4 hours just for KYC. How inefficient guy were there took 5 breaks in 2 hour. Need to privatized every bank in India. Way they treat senior citizen is horrendous i witnessed a old lady was scolded & threatened by a cruel lady clerk as she just lost her passbook, they have hired all psycho in this branch. Hope guys face similar situation when they are out in this world. Better terminate account from this branch will stay with the private banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank staff ever I have seen I came here to deposit money in my account and here the deposit machine was also offline so i gone to deposit through deposit slip I waited for almost 30 mins after that the authority person is saying that you have to deposit it from the machine only because the account was not with this branch useless excuse...
