β β β β β First for all, i would say its a wonderful location. Stellar is very renowned builder in real estate industry. Builder is very serious about the construction and delivery on time for this project. All the promise given by the Stellar's team they completed. I would like to add the name Mr. Ravi Beniwal, he is the face of Stellar for me when i visited first time in Stellar one project. He is very humble and have a good knowledge of this project. I really impressed from him. Finally i would say i am really happy & satisfied after buying my dream home in Stellar one project.
Thanks & best of luck stellar team for future endeavors.

β β β β β I hv been living here from last 1 year. We've got poorest facilities with highest maintenance charge appx 3rs psqft, highest DG charge, appx 30rs per unit. No cctv cams in lifts and some common areas (one scooty already got stolen from society), lowest security as compared to other societies(1 tower guard for 160+ flats). no space for guest parking(hv to park outside society), no bike parking area, no lift connectivity to basement parking, highest gym charges (rs 830 per person), highest community hall charge, swimming pool is not functional, but we are sure the charges will be highest. quality of doors and walls are poorest, And maintenance team are kind of dictators, who would fix as per their choices only.

β β β β β Stellar has a good reputation but there are some hidden things like management charges heavy maintenance fees but service is zero. If you buy an apartment in this society you will have to pay aroun Rs 3 per square foot. Gym, club and swimming pool charges are not included in this. There is no camera in lift and lift lobby. The maintenance agency gives Tughlaqi Farmaan. There is no lift for basement parking. Quarterly payment of maintenance is a big burden. There is no clear provision of Visitors parking. Stilt parking is a big headache.
Pros: Builder is good at possession.

β β β β β In Stellar, no one used to listen voice of residence... Security is poor... No lift from ground floor to parking. CCTV is also not installed in life, lobby area and on key points.
Maintenance charges are highest and even they are raising it with amount they wants...without any consent from residence.
Think many times before coming with Stellar.

Think before you buy any flat. No parking facility of visitor they even wont allow any visitor car inside socity
Even they did not allow a tv repair guy to bring his bike inside society.
No cctv in whole society.even after more then a year of full project delivery.
Its a perfect example of what looks good from outside is not always same from inside.

β β β β β Prompt delivery of the flat is the most important point here. Other facilities are satisfactory barring some issues like installation of CCTV in lifts and tower entrances. But the most unfavorable thing is that if you have more than one 4 wheeler, you shall be having hard time because they issue only one parking sticker per flat, or pay about 3.5 lacs for another sticker. So think thrice before purchasing flat in Stellar One if you have more than one car in your family. No peace of mind.

β β β β β Have recently moved to this Housing society. There are pros and cons that I found and could notify here.
Pros:
-A low rise 14 floor build, that keeps the density of people low.
- Clean and tidy place and well maintained for now.
- As with all societies it is connected with My Gate app
- A very nice inner structure design that allows for maximum air ventilation.
- Kids play area located in ground floor of each tower within the shade.
Cons-
1. Management takes ages to look into the issue that you raise. A recent plumbing/seepage issue took them 10 days to resolve. Issue was raised via both My Gate and phone call.
2. There are only a couple of shops within the society, so not much options.
3. The phase 1 is not located in the main road, so when phase 2 comes up which will face the main road, most of the people in phase 1 might not have any views left.
4.The gym and common areas are just pass able, they are alright but nothing luxurious.
