★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserves 0 stars. They never attend to the calls made on their landline. Whilst other post offices everywhere at least answer to every call. Moreover the work they do is way too slow. Other post offices do it within 3 days. But these guys couldn't even open a simple savings account in 15 days after submitting all the documents. Pathetic service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service ...i had visited three days to update the mobile number in aadhar card they distribute 30 forms daily and when i got the forms had said me to come tomorow...likewise i had wasted arrround 15-20 hour to update the addhar card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad and slow service. biggest mistake of opening account in ghatkoper post office. for deposit you have to wait for 1-2 hour every time you go you must take holiday in office to go in post office. dont deserve one star also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. The delivery boy was very very rude while delivering the speedpost document to us. Did not have manners at all of even talking to a lady. He expected us to come on the road to pickup the document and said we are not doing a favour to him and said next time he will not come for delivery of the document. Had to go out on the road to pickup the document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow...can do things faster and avoid crowding but the people working are used to doing things slowly and in a bureaucratic fashion. No one bothers to point out if customers are not wearing masks properly and it is instance like this and places where work can be done quickly instead of waiting that can help prevent the spread of Covid. Upto the authorities, Govt to keep a proper check

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakwaas ekdam BAKWAAS service. We are not happy with this branch. We came from Andheri to ghatkoper (4 times) to change name but they responded very badly. They are doing time pass all the time. They don't care about others time. PATYA TAKYACHE KAAM KARTATA ani amcha time pan KHOTI KARTA. really pethitck. Aise kuch longo ki waja se log pareshaan hai. I don't when they work seriously.
