No water facility average monthly 1.5-2 lac expense on water, worst construction quality , poor amenities. False commitment on website and broucher.
Builder never respect and respond after sale...stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor construction quality... No support from builder and team after buying flat from builder... Many leakage inside building even it's new ... High maintenance society charges...... power issues.....I do not recommend to buy flat here .......
Flat Internal walls have hollow bricks and thick layer of gypsum pop...you can break it with your bare hands.....it's this cheap...
If you have made up your mind to buy flat here.... Please make sure to speak to Builder about all terms and facilities that sales person is saying they will give ... Else ...later if sales person leaves job and . You go to builder asking for thing that you have paid for... builder will deny everything and bluntly without shame he will say.... You spoke to sales person in office .. I am not aware of it.....speak to sales person from which you bought flat.....
