★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of Dr. S.K.DAS is very rough . He is a very bad doctor . He neither improved patients health condition nor detect proper disease . He intentionally prolonged patients treatment for money . But the lab facility is good for any test .

If you are visiting from City like Mumbai, Delhi, overall experience will be sub standard
Not a good fit for upper middle class patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Customers are not called to the billing counter token wise. Very unprofessional. Went for HRCT Thorax and it took 3 hours, however there was not very crowd. Housekeeping and cleaning work ongoing simultaneously with various tests thus making it very dangerous and high chance of slipping on the floor. Do not visit this place. There are other better options around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suraksha diagonestic centre at Barasat playing a great role in diagonestic work in this area. Specially Sampika madam,the centre manager takes special care for elderly patients. Cleanliness is a very positive part of this centre. I , personally congratulate total team of Suraksha Barasat unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason i have given it 3 Stats because due to its expensive pathology pricing when compared to other pathology clinics around the area, thought it provides great service with well maintained ambience with proper sitting arrangements along with wheel chair accessible entry and also with neat and clean toilet provided along with drinking water. Overall it provied pathology test like no other clinics and has got the highest number of availability in variations of test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk girls are very unprofessional, customers are not called token wise, no proper line is maintained, everyone is coming to the desk any time whereas I was standing with the token in my hand when my token number was called, nobody is reviewing it, very loudly atmosphere which is very much unhealthy, not at all clean, insects, mosquitoes in the floor, printer stopped working while printing my bill. I was shocked after getting this type of worst service and seeing unhealthy environment in such a brand where specifically they are taking high rate charges. Administration needs to take an attention in this center. Not happy at all!!

Staffs are very unprofessional, rude in behaviour.
Attitude of front desk girls seems like bollywood actress.
The person in this picture is 3rd class in every aspect.
I request all patient whoever need medical test, go to another diagnostic center.
There are many new diagnostic center in Barasat.
