★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Covid vaccine protocols are simply out of this world. They will not give you a vaccine if 11 people are not present in your preferred slot. The organization does not mention this via sms or email. You only get to know this once you reach the destination. Does not matter that you followed the protocols of Cowin app, does not matter that the candidate for vaccine is over 70 years old. The patient has only two options: either wait for 11 people to arrive by 6pm or leave and try your luck another day. The staff, needless to say is uncooperative and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Suraksha Diagnostics Jadavpur centre , excellent services . I booked schedule my COVID vacation at Jadavpur centre & it completed within 15min to 20min & received certificate instantly. Apart from that someone pathological tests were done there & receive report within 24hrs to 48hrs . I spoke with the centre manager Mr. Mitra, he is a nice person who was helping me for generating urgent test reports for my urgent use.
Best thing is that you can see in Suraksha in portal the sample collection to report generate on going process it's transparent .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC SERVICE! Complete mismanagement of the facility and not enough staff to attend to all patients properly. My wife had to wait for 2.5 hours to get an USG done,with hardly 15 people undergoing USG. I have seen far more number of USG patients being attended within an hour at other diagnostic centers. That information notwithstanding, queues were not properly maintained and I have seen people who have billed after us jump ahead in the queue. Then my wife was called into the USG room and immediately the radiologist left to carry out an MRI in another room. He returned 20 minutes later after I complained. All this while my wife was sitting inside the USG room prepped for USG, wearing nothing but a gown. Who will be responsible if she will catch a cold for waiting 20 minutes in the AC wearing just a gown? Clearly they do not have enough staff and doctors to attend to the patients, and making doctors work double time to cater to the patient rush. Not at all recommended. If it was possible to give a 0 star, I would have rated them as such. Consider yourselves lucky that you are getting 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and money minded. Slot booking is basically pointless since they operate first come first serve basis. I went there with my old parents for their second dose. I had booked their slots from Cowin. When I was booking, there were 38 open slots for 2pm to 5pm but when I went there, they didn't provide my parents with the vaccine since 10 people were not there at that time and they won't open a new batch for 2 people. My point is, why were we not informed? Manager was rude, so were the staffs. Manager was literally shouting when I protested and said that they should do something since my parents are old and it's tough for them to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really in love with this place as it was near to our locality. However, we had an awful experience lately. I went to get a vaccination for my son and after that we all got covid. Very interestingly there were a few families which also took the vaccination in the same date. They all got Covid. Then we went for an RTPC testing and booked a slot for a person to arrive and collect the sample from Suraksha Jadavpur. It was very urgent, but the person failed to turn up to our home even after 3 days of waiting. Whenever we called up the organization, they say he will arrive shortly. It is almost one month now, and he didn’t arrive. As per Jadavpur center the HQ has diverted that guy to some other location. We used to give them a business of approx. 10,000 – 15,000 per month. I am truly disgusted with their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for vaccination. Extremely bad service, the vaccinator did not clean the area with alcohol swab before jabbing and for the first time in my life, there was quite a bleeding from that area, after vaccination. Then after, the vaccination, they asked us to sit for 10mins for observation, which I know should have been for 30mins, while sitting a staff of theirs very rudely asked us the reason for sitting there.
There is also no use of booking slots because, if there are no 10 people came for the vaccination at that time, they asks us to go back. Disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a RT PCR test in Suraksha which they confirmed for the next day.But when I called next day the collector& people in reception both said that they can't come. Suraksha Diagnostics gives half information when they take the booking.They hide information like the booking is not actually confirmed. The same thing happened in Suraksha Barrackpore. I am pregnant for 6 months and a small delay might result big problem.I am very upset with the service and behaviour by the home collector & receptionist. I am rather surprised & shocked by this kind of service. I will never recommend suraksha Diagnostics atleast for RT PCR test.

Good things
They will only provide you vaccination if you have registered slot booking through cowin app.
Waiting room for 20 people available
AC is working fine
They have multiple billing counters
Apart from cash they also take phonepe payment
Four wheeler car parking available
Downside
There is no use of preferred slot. If you have the same date , you just go and they will make your bill and vaccinate you. This creates an waiting line even outside the center , since majority coming between 10 am 2 pm.
