And in maps it’s given wrong address
The driver got angry and shouted at me , such a bad behaviour from him, he told me to get out of the bus and brought 2 guys to scold and threaten me and almost came slap me ,
I will never choose this travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver had informed for 5 mins break during the journey. But as soon as I got off the bus and went for a break the next moment the driver continued their journey.
The driver or the conductor didn't even notice that their passengers weren't on the bus. As this is a private bus. They must check whether the passengers are present or not before leaving from breaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with a staff on my travel from Madurai to Bangalore, Driver Shivakumar was rude and demanded additional fare of 500 for the only luggage I had just because it’s a cardboard box, which is not even oversized. He was keen demanding cash and didn’t offer any other mode of payment. BTW REDBUS RESOLUTION IS A JOKE, they didn’t resolve anything and believing the review on their platform was a mistake I actually did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SAT is one of the best A/C sleeper bus I had travelled.On time arrival and departure and the drivers who drove the bus were great and well experienced with smooth driving skills.
Even the one who is sleeping in the upper birth of the last row can sleep comfortably without getting disturbed in humps.
The bus stops for dinner once and for tea break thrice during night journeys as compared with other buses which stops only once either for dinner or tea break.
