Also the branch manager is never in the bank which is why the staff's behavior is such neglecting.
Sad experience as a PSU bank.

However the 100 Rs Note is not credited in my account and the deposit receipt is produced by CDM machine with the status as RETAINED. I have experienced the same issue twice. Please solve the issue. Thank you.
Same problem again... Not satisfied. Service is not upto standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to deposit some money in pimpri's CDM which retained my ₹100. A written application was given. Here the service is very wirst. I don't know about other service but the customer handling service is very bad. A lady(branch employee) who was talking with my mother regarding aforesaid. After that she contacted me and said that( ky apke mom k sath apka dispute chlra h ky, ₹100 k liye unhone mera 30min dimag khaya n all rubbish) as a son listening to all this I got little angry and thought of complaining branch manager but by the time bank was closed and decided to upload my complaint here so everyone can see it. Branch manager will only apologize for same n leave.
Banking sector is a service sector and not a business sector. So everyone they deal with need to be respected for their own growth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite staff and good customer service. Branch Manager Sangeeta Madam is very generous in understanding customer queries and providing solutions. Also very good interest rates for Home Loan and all type of loans.
You can prefer this bank anytime over private banks with hefty service charges and higher interest rates. I had an approved home loan from HDFC at 8.25% per annum. I applied here and got loan at 6.7% per annum. Reduced EMI by almost 10%. Now will do sip of saved money and enjoy returns for next 20 years. Thanks a lot Canara Bank.
