By mistake gave a negative review at first due to some confusion on location. My apologies for that. A well located showroom in Chinar Park opposite to City Centre 2. Collection wise good. Also Mr Gautam Manna, their representative is very cooperative and helpful. He encouraged us to do test drive even in late afternoon-evening time which is really good. Recommend to visit this Showroom. You will like the experience.

Nice franchise of TATA on the maind road of Chinnar park,where service from the people are very good.To be very honest they suggest the best services or essential accessories only at the time of each level like purcahse,delivery etc.My experience with them was nice & Hassle-free even I got delivery of my Nexon before tentive delivery period.

UPDATE: Today, 5th March we finally got our car from TC motors. I am not removing my old review, as I want share my seamless experience with TC motors. After the last miss hap, Mr. Anup got in touch with us and Mr. Avi came to our place to book the car. They were very efficient throughout the process. We had may doubts and queries, but Avi was always available to help. Never annoyed, never out of patience. Very professional, very cordial. Our overall experience was very nice. Totally recommend this place. I wanted to give zero stars but unfortunately that option is not available. Anyway, let me share my experience. I went there yesterday 10th dec, 2021 with my husband, we booked a test drive for Tiago nrg with a sales person named Sohom. Over phone he was very nice and helpful. We arrived at the showroom and asked for the test drive, he said it will take 10-15 minutes till then why don't you guys discuss the deal. We agreed on that and he introduced some other person saying he is my senior, he will guide you. That person from the beginning was very rude and simply lazy. And when my husband asked him to give us a better deal over the insurance his attitude changed completely! He became even more rude. As if we have asked something completely inappropriate! It is our right to ask and negotiate to get a value for money deal as it is our hard earned money. But wait, I am not done yet. After this conversation, he left the table and refused to come back. By this time I asked for Soham, as he was the one who talked with us at the beginning, he also started ignoring us and refused to come back out of the cabin. And as we asked for the test drive he kept on saying it will take time and not sure how long. The funniest part was the test drive car was just waiting outside of the showroom. At this point we really got annoyed and left the place. My point is a deal should be mutually beneficial for both the parties and as a customer we have the full right to negotiate, bargain, ask for better deals. So if you are okay to buy insurance for almost double the amount of the market rate then please go here. The 'show-sha' is very good, you will get the feeling that you are doing a big purchase. But thats it. Will never recommend any one this dealer any more. And I highly doubt if all the positive reviews are even genuine or they have hired a team to put fake reviews.

Update 5th Mar: Finally got my car delivered. They delivered well before the mentioned waiting period. Now i hope i will interact with TC Motors again and once i do i will update. Cheers Update: 25th Feb Car has arrived at showroom well before time. Almost too excited for delivery which will be done post all formalities. Mr. Anup (Manager) and Mr.Avi (Best Sales Executive) had helped me do the PDI. Update: 21st Jan 2022 Post our little issue with the service, the team of Mr.Anup immediately dispatched a whole team of people to get to the bottom of the issue. They sent over their senior rep with car for test drive. Mr.Avi Dey assisted me with all the queries and after that we booked the same on 13 dec. The team since then has been helping me with all the process and enquiry. Mr. Avi has been polite enough to even respond to me at late night with my query. The finance team has Mr.Rintu, please seek his expertise when it comes to finance in TC motors. He infact has lot of connections with several banks. Also Mr. Anup, the person leading this whole team of people had been courteous and helped me since first day. I am yet to get my car (21st Jan,2022) as the wait period is a bit long. But I hope the team delivers by February earliest. ------------------------------------------------ Dec 11,2021Probably the worst experience. Do not know how they have such high ratings. Sat Dec 11, we went there for test drive and had the plan to book the car. Soham, one of the sales executive is very soft spoken over phone and that's why we felt it's a good place to check out before making any decision. Before coming we had intimidated them we will come for test drive. But as it was a Saturday they were very busy which is understandable.but the staff attitude changed as soon as we sat down for price breakdown. The executive was either too lazy or just didn't care. When we contradicted them on insurance they changed 360. They had least interest in entertaining us and clearly said on our face of you do not take the insurance from us we cannot give you a. Any discount, b. Any accessories, c. Or the car we want. Anyways long story short we dropped them and planned to consider other dealer. They are rude as hell to people who actually knows what to expect from a dealer. Definitely not recommended. But yes please feel free to opt for this if u want to feel humiliated. This was my first purchase of a car and never expected this attitude from a sales executive at a Tata Showroom.

I had a great experience here, the staff were very friendly. Soham was helpful throughout the process answered all my queries and gave me useful suggestions. The delivery experience was amazing as well. Also, shout-out to Tarnishtha Sen who recommended this showroom to me ! Thank you
