They don't have proper mechnic first of all. Thinking they may replace the parts. That's what I am thinking. They know only to replace new item without fixing properly that too. Below are my problems faced. My advice is to avoid this service center and check with others.
In my car some noise sound was coming. So I went to show them. They said timing kit and water body gone because of that noise sound coming. I said okay to replace. Initially they told 2 days to service done. Later after 2 days I only followed up. Till that day i never faced smoke or starting problem in my car. Then they told injector have some problem need to oraling all four and white smoke coming. Then again they took 3 days but nothing was done in those 3 days. 5th working day went to collect my car it was billed 22k. I paid and trying to start car it's not starting. One of the mechanica came and told it's in reserve so it won't start like that. From past 3 years I was driving I never faced that problem while in reserve. Then some how they started. While coming observed lot of smoke in my car and engine noise is different. I came to home with refuelling and called them. Morning trying to start the vehicle not starting. I called them they said they will send the people but not. I tried calling evening too no response. Next day they came and took my car. After again 5 working days I got my car back. Took test drive told mechanic about sound he said this was the sound for dicor engine. The car is starting but engine sound, smoke and sometimes check engine message is coming.
Previously also once I visited this service center for coolant leak they told to replace entire set I did but leak was not gone again I went to show they did something no stop of leak. Later I went to some other service center they fixed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not know how people are providing this bad feedback. To me these are very knowledgeable and reliable people. Mr Sudhir and Mr Gopinath have been very good. I got pissed off by Volkswagen people for repairs of my Vento so now I go to Hitech Auto people for fixing my problems. I always get honest advice for the vehicle. They always advice me for economical options. Recently I gave my Celerio for 2nd service to Maruti workshop and they screwed the pickup and mileage both. Despite going to Maruti again and again, they could not fix the issue. I went to HiTech auto and they found the problem with the plugs to engine and air filter.
They did not charge me any money for small problems like this. I was referred to them by my close friend who buys Tata vehicles only because he has good advisors like Mr Sudhir. I have recommended many people to them and will keep recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Took my vehicle there twice and they simply washed and returned my car. More than that, there was some chemical applied on my car bonnet, upon asking, they say it was there already before service. Had to argue for an hour and bring to the notice of Tata customer care and escalate to the Highest authorities of Tata to resolve it. If there was a negative rating, I'd have gladly chosen it for these guys.
Plus you've to wait for long hours to contact the manager here. He was inside his cabin enjoying watching a Tamil movie with loud noise with his colleagues and didn't bother to ask me why I was there. Really,1 hr to listen to customer problem? Pathetic unprofessional people.
