★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremly bad , unprofessional experience with this store due to Mr.Salman. Stop buying from TBS, but dont visit this store ever and dont buy any product through him. Horrible sales and delivery service by him, old customers are taken for granted by this store !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so careless, packed in a used sample pack of the product I bought (worth Rs.2000) and when I went the next day to exchange the product, they didn’t even have the basic courtesy of saying sorry for their blunder, if the product had been a gift for someone and would hv been passed as it is, how embarrassing it could hv been?
I love bodyshop and their products but the staff at this store is discourteous.
And apparently mine was not the first time, my friend had faced a similar situation earlier.
