★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place today with a friend who knew the owners. Loved the homely atmosphere, ambience and decor. Very friendly and helpful staff and the owners are very courteous. The Fish & Prawns Thalis were nicely done. Enjoyed the Jitada Thali too! Prawns Khichadi is a must have! Portion sizes were perfect and I felt them fairly priced. Parking can be tough to find especially for cars. Would definitely recommend this place to all seafood lovers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is Amazing, loved the Fish Variety and the quantity is also good. I loved the ambience and the food quality. Also at the end the Grandma' who's the head chef personally visited us just to check on how the food was. Small things do matter in hospitality. I suggest you guys should go nd visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was chance that brought us to 'The Fish Thali'.
We had planned to enjoy a casual lunch at Cafe Katha - but when we reached there, we learnt that it was a veg-only place (serving only eggs in non-veg). Which made us head out again in search for a good place - since we were already feeling hungry we decided to rely on google & go to a nearby restaurant - that's how we reached here. And thank god for that.
Food was amazing. Fish fry and curry were delicious, not too overpowering but still retaining the smell of fish. The rice (we got to know it was ambemohar) added to the overall taste.
Overall a great place for a fish-foodie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are upto travelling to shivaji nagar and in the mood to have some amazing home cooked sea food then you guys should drop in the to the fish thali. Yes that's the name of the place and very easy to find, my wife wanted to eat some sea food and a thali and so we got 2 in 1. We ordered the bombil fish fry and loved it ? and then had the main course of Rawas thali and one more I cannot remember. The place is run extensively well and is very clean and hygienic and service is super. I recommend all to try this home cooked run restaurant ? ? ?

Fresh fish,
Ask them to make bit spicy.
Food is good, but It missed the spicy flavour which authentic coastal style has.
Also they don't serve cold drinks ?
I recommend fish thali.
