★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High rate of interest on loans( 11 to 12.5 percent ) which is worst. No transperancy in transactions. No good customer relationship maintained. For everything we need to visit the bank branch, even for small things as loan account statement. No digital website created to make it easier for customers. Its an old bank and will remain old. For every request they will ask you to come another day. I would rate lesser than 1 star.
