Also trainers help and assist us while working out and monitor our fitness levels regularly. Masters Nitin, Abdul, Lalu and Mirza are fantastic with their guidance in workouts and diet. Extremely satisfied with monkey fitness.

All the trainers are super friendly and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. Especially Lalu, who pushes me to my limits. This motivates me to go to the gym daily, something that lacked in my previous gym experiences.
Also, the gym is very spacious and hygienic, which is very important during this covid time.
Needless to mention, they have top notch equipments and facilities.
I would highly recommend this gym for people who stay nearby ISRO Layout and Kumaraswamy Layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super place to get you in shape. I'm currently taking a personal training from mr.lalu, super trainer motivates you, he is very polite n know how to train. N they have great gym setup too. Visit this place you don't regret. You might see many 5* ratings n think it's fake reviews but it's not. They are very genuine reviews of satisfied users.

I stepped in the gym just to check and see the equipment but came out by paying membership along with personal training fee, it impressed me in first sight. My coach is Mr.Mirza he is an amateur trainer, not only that he is good at recommanding perfect diet plan which is 80% important to cut fat and build muscle. During training he decides which weak muscle has to be engaged at right time, which helps you to get impressive physique with correct proportion.

His attention to the important elements of health, strength and fitness is designed to make a difference across the board rather than simply attending to vanity. The result is total body fitness and health. Ultimately, that is what makes a great personal trainer. He has a thorough understanding of different exercise routines and is careful to tailor each workout to what we think is best to focus on that day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has ample number of trainers and a mix of student and working professionals. the equipments and weights are not of decent quality, many are faulty and some are too stiff. Few have no weight stack and have to be used with manual replacement of weight plates
