★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the review of New india Assurance's saltlake branch office. Office is in the 3rd floor, and might be a little hard to locate. I followed the directions of the map. Also a tip: it is just next gate where the foot bridge ends.
The staffs are really courteous and helpful. I bought a mediclaim policy and they were really patient to describe the pros and cons so that i can make an informed decision.
As you know, this is the only GIC of Govt of india, that is multinational. As of now, their solvency ratio and IRDAI claim ratio is also good.
