★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society i ever stayed. Too much politics and lot of unwarranted rules and restrictions by Society . Owners think too high of themselves and tenants are normally kept isolated and treated not respectfully. Pigeons and foul smell (as next to sewage treatment plant) also creates nuisance. Overall Bad experience ,not worth the rent i paid 40k all inclusive non furnished.

They have the Pooja room, terrace swimming pool, solar water heating, basement parking, gym, yoga room, basketball area, kids outdoor play area, TV room with 60 inch TV, a party room, indoor play area with pool table, table tennis, carrom etc. Also outdoor sitting area with a huge lawn which also doubles up as outdoor events area, tennis lawn etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a well constructed high class building which gives you a feeling of entering a hotel for a stay. Well maintained and beautiful ambiance. The surroundings lobby and reception is neat and decent enough. I had visited for some work and found the building attractive neat and calm.
