★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well-landscaped society with good public infrastructure and indoor sports facilities, including basketball and badminton courts, swimming pool, et al. There is also an amphitheatre interspersed with a park, trees and shrubs. Location is excellent, though less known in the neighborhood. Occupancy as of October 2020 was very low (10-11 villas occupied out of 95-100). A few houses have society staff and caretakers living inside, some are occupied by labourers. Many have ongoing construction, which can be a nuisance. I found dog poop lying around on the street corners even though rules require no messing... Overall, a society with immense potential, if only the residents make it so.
Update: I have also learnt that domestic help is hard to come by. Helpers staying inside the premises as caretakers charge exorbitant rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is just at the entrance of Greater Noida. Metro is very nearby. It’s an upcoming area, a gated society with Villas being built. Occupancy is low at the moment, however, the place once occupied could turn out to be very lively. Especially with amenities such as swimming pool, basketball court, amphitheater, etc. For driving enthusiasts, it’s not very far from Delhi. Within a minute, you hit the Noida Greater Noida Expressway.
