You are not even responding to any emails?. I see so many reviews about your phone number, delivery etc Why can't you do something about it? This is not correct from your end to panic people. Send the address from where you are delivering it is not definetely not from Bangalore.

This is an updated review after a week's time of my first review that they have not deleivered yet.
They dispatched my products after a week. The products are good. I guess they have updated a new number also after many reviews. I would appreciate if they atleast send a basic sms that they have got the order. However beyond all this, their products are genuine.

As told them, it will be good if they send some status to people who have ordered. They have taken atleast a week's time to dispatch. Please wait for a week and if they don't update you, you can reach out to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had ordered some spices on 30.05.2020. Still have not received the order. They don't reply to mail and also on phone. Going to file complaint on Consumer forum. Lock down has ended months ago. Still we have not received our product. Very bad service. Atleast they can reply. If you can't deliver products due to lock downs don't take orders simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my order today. I am so far happy with the products. I earlier posted regarding not able to contact them But they do reply on mail. And delivery process is bit slow but considering it's coming from chennai. It's fine only. So for other customers who have complained about not being able to contact them Mail them on given mail id and they will respond. And for future customers, you sure can order from here but order might take some time so have to be patient.
Thanks spice market for delivering my products. Hope these products are authentic as claimed by the site and so many people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased Dry fruits on 16-08-20 with payment ID - 346077319 and since there is no confirmation mail or response through mail or message, we cancelled the order on 17-08-20. Mailed customer care and tried to contact on the number given on the website but no response. I want the owner to respond to this message immediately. When will you credit the money back. If you are not in a position to provide proper service to customer then why do you still keep the website active.

Had placed my order on 29 august.. and received my items yesterday.. quality looks good. But no name on the packets of spices.
What i didn't like the most is their contact Numbers all are switched off, emails no response. After 7 days of placing an order i receive tracking ID of the courier..
I thought their business is in bangalore... but their package came from Erode, tamilnadu state.

I have filed an FIR already.
Please stay away from this horrible site.
