★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fairly new Asus laptop was not switching on so I took it to Unique laptop service. After analysis, he told RAM & one IC needs to be changed. We agreed to the price & he promised to give laptop in 3-4 hrs. When I went to pick up, it was not starting at all.
He said to check it again. After multiple follow ups he told keyboard is damaged, he replaced it but then mouse pad stopped working. This issues went on for 2 weeks & eventually he gave me defective laptop back with non working mouse pad. Took full charges but ruined my laptop.
Technically incapable engineer, needs lot of follow ups & don't take responsibilities for his mistakes. Avoid!!
