There are all types of salutation for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience - Vishal the manager took the whole amount from us but couldn't deliver the tiles on time. Every time you call him he will commit that you will get the tiles in next 1hr which never happened... It happened with me for 1 good week and after a series of lies and false commitments I lost my patience and finally went to the showroom and asked for refund... I took a toll on me and I incurred losses cause of them.. Please beware and never buy anything from here... This whole showroom and people are bunch of frausters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience in dealing with Tile Zone. Hopeless service. Felt cheated.
They sent less quantity and stopped taking phone calls when I raised this issue with them. They double charged me for no fault of mine. I Had to pay again for the quanity not dispatched by them.
2nd, I was told that I can return unoped boxes. This experience was also extremely bad. They were disputing everything, wanted tiles back but without returning money. Had to leave lot with them. Highly unprofessional. Trying to loot customers. Behaviour is very different when you buy and when you have any issue. Would not recommend. Stay away, there are other better options available nearby. Terrible. Worst shop for tiles and irresponsible owners. They are hand in gloves with staff in cheating you.
