★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really a thrilling tour plan to a few countries in europe .. all made by toto company last 2020 ..d budget was surprisingly reasonable... He helped us deciding which places we should visit to satisfy our individual interests..
But for d obvious reason our tour was cancelled..we got scared since our air tickets nd accomodations were done against full payment..but supratim assured us and within a couple of months we got all refunds with overwhelming joy..both accommodation nd flight .we were extremely surprised how it happened so smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our tour of Europe in June 2019 involved five countries - France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. My sister and niece came from India - sister to Paris for just the tour, and niece to Belgium to present a research paper at an international conference followed by joining the tour. I went from the USA and joined my sister in Paris. The tour of the Black Forest, Munich, Salzburg, Luzern and Paris for three people joining at different times and cities involved a lot of planning and coordination. Mr. Supratim Bhowmick of Toto Company made the planning for each day involving accommodation, sites to see and transportations. The accuracies of his planning of the modes of transportation and times made our trips remarkably smooth. I was so happy with his service that I gave him a significant bonus on top of the price that he and my sister agreed upon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toto Company organised my 3 weeks-tour tour from Kolkata to Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
I am a female single traveller, age above 70 years from Austria. It was a challenge to meet my needs and my interests: Toto Company even arranged for meditation in a Buddhist monastery in Tawang, and festivity in Ziro.
There was phone-connection (no Sim-cards for foreigners!) with TOTO every day, I felt so save!
It was the best travel of my life! I plan my next travel for this year (2019) .

I later also had the opportunity to benefit from his experience when visiting Kolkata. We have been friends since. First of all thank you Supratim on behalf of Toto company. All throughout the tour I realised how much time and effort you have put into the meticulous planning of our trip. Three of us met aboard at different places and at different times. It was very difficult to coordinate the whole thing and you made it possible with much care and attention. Your attention to every detail and systematic framing of whole plan helped us enjoy our vacations to the fullest. Thank you once again. Hope we will have more tours with Toto company in future. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dream of visiting beautiful Europe with friends and family was meticulously planned by Toto for travel in Oct, 20. Thereafter all accommodation, air tickets were booked. We were thrilled and was looking forward for the travel day. Then came the dreaded virus that shook the world. We were hoping we will be able to travel as our travel date was late October.
Then as we realised we will not be able to travel we requested Toto to cancel our trip and all bookings.
We were certain that we will be loosing a lot of money due to this cancellation.
Toto did cancel all our accommodation done in ABnB and air tickets.
To our great surprise we got our refund in full, not a rupee less.
Thank you Toto.
We wish to fulfill our dream of visiting Europe as soon the world unlock the travel ban.
And for sure we will request Toto to plan our trip again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for 6 days Krabi tour which was very well guided and well crafted by Toto company. The highlight has been his guidance all through the tour. He crafted the tour in such a way that we can touch most parts of Krabi that adhere to our budget. The farm house was also a highlight which was a place to njoy the beautiful ambience and tranquility. Looking forward to get his guidance in our upcoming plans.
