★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee named mangal is very weird and rude.. I opted this parlor for my bridal make up and pre marriage package..They charged me bomb which I am fine with but the service was pathetic.. The owner promised some services in the package and when I used to ask the same things from the performing staff..the lady mangal was very rude and saying this isn't included we will charge you more and all..while doing facial, manicure and other things, used to keep calling her owner and confirm are these things included. It was very disturbing and disappointing experience as you would not want this mess while your marriage.. The owner was very good at her bridal make up undoubtedly but because of the customer service I dnt feel like rating them more than 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this place. If you are looking for low cost services then also do not go as it will cost you your hair and skin. Very harmful and cheap quality products used, untrained staff and filthy sourrounding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After doing the RICA Wax I got reaction, though I am using it from long time from other parlor it never happened. They have very poor hygine and dosen't seem to be washing their towels and other clothes since ages. They equipment are dirty and even the whole parlor is very unorganized. I got boils and pimples on face after certain services. A very bad experience, please beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the services for face and that was a mistake. I got patchy skin with recurring pimples after the facial. They use first copy products where you will not be even able to make the difference by seeing it but quality is bad. They charge us for original. Even the waxing done by the staff was not proper. She ended up burning my leg twice. The hygine is very bad with same towels used for different customers time without washing. If you care for your skin think twice!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a serious complaint for the quality of products used and the services. After doing the RICA Wax the skin of my hands was peeling out and now there are brown patches. Also I got boils and pimples on face because of the product applied on face after plucking and upper lips. These products seems to be Expired or Duplicate. My skin has not recovered till date and doctor has clarified that it is due to bad products. The staff is also not trained enough and they will burn your hands with hox multiple times without controlling the temprature.
