New equipments, better timings (up till 11pm) better cooling and doesn't feel stuffy.
Overall a good experience
Bad: trainers can do a bit more with members who don't opt for PT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took membership last year in the month of june. they gave me 13 months(june 2018 to july 2019) in 15k so i paid 30k for me n my husband. i gave 20 clients at one shot to gym around 3lacs bussiness. one of a girl working (jenny lalwani) working with vows n bliss. she did fake complaint about my husband. she lied and gym owner withoout any proof terminated our membership. she is also a member. she was desperately asking my husband for training in da gym and when my husband said no as in da gym personal training not allowed from outside trainers.she lied to everyone.she dis this before with a guy also. my husband is very helpful he always love to help people. members comes to ask how to do workout just bcz the trainers in transform gym always on tv or chatting or gossiping. i told gym owner if u are terminating my husbands membership u should terminate her also. he said its my decision to terminate urs. he terminated mine too for no reason.when we askd for proof he said he was counting in da footage that was so funny.he said he will do legal things with me. i am Pregnant inspite of i am very regular in da gym.he verbaly gave termination without any written letter he said from today u will not allowed to come again. the way owner was toking to me that was pathetic. he doesnt even know how to tok to a lady. when i ask for refund he said there is no refund. i can terminate anyones membership anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not very happy with the gym... after complaining the authorities 10 times about the shower room I see no action taken... ladies shower room has only head shower which becomes so difficult to have it everyday... that shower too are not working properly.... the changing room is also so badly planned that they have to facilities to keep the clothes ... where wud u keep the clothes wen u are changing? Down? Ur head?
Pathetic... even the steam room is not only very small but the steam doesn't work properly.
I was a member in golds gym and was pretty happy with that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Transform Gym Are Fruaders In This Lockdown Period They Didn’t Extend Our Membership And The Staff Is Really Inefficient
I personally Will Never Join This Gym Again In Future. Also Their Website Shows That they will Provide Juices , Massages etc. i have Never Seen these service Since I joined 1 and Half year Ago. I have never seen these services they Provide. Even These People Have Not Provided A Gym Bag They are Telling Me From Last 8 to 9 months the Gym Bags are not in Stock Very Lazy people even Spending such a amount we will hate this Gym

No one is ready keep an eye on form if you haven't taken personal trainer.
It feels like they just don't want to work they are on their phone they do their workout they will talk internally hum kya kar rahe hai uski parvah hi nahi.
Also the person sitting at reception is nt friendly
None of them smiles that makes it more unfriendly.
But i do agree the equipments are real good
If you don't need assistance its a good but if you think u will need lil guidance but you don't want personal training its a waste
Also its very costly compared to other gyms in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic gym culture... The trainers have no manners how to talk to members. Most of them are on phone all the time.. no floor trainers. Personal trainers have no Work so sit and pass comments and gossip with similar type of members.. negative ambience..if you are picking up heavy weight no trainer will even look at u to support u for reps.... I wish the owners read this and reach out to meet to check on the reality..Dishearted, disappointed... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym equipment and location are good two, but the trainers in blue t-shirts behave like gym owners. This completely unprofessional attitude is not expected from a big name like Transform, just because of the behaviour of the trainers this gym may soon be closed.
Instructor in blue uniform is not helpful, he is watching TV during our workout, does not come to help even this trainer makes bad comments on the member who workout by himself
The trainers have no manners how to talk to members, Most of them are on phone all the time.
Personal training has no work, so they sit and talk with each other, they have no other work, I request to the Gym owner to take some action on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst gym anyone can go to..out of 8 threadmills only 2 threadmills are working..wat a joke..the trainers will not help you in any workout unless you take personal training from them. They a very arrogant.The steam room does still does not function and when asked for the reason they say due to COVID..hahaha..Covid rules kab ka change ho gaya hai..I would suggest everyone please join any other good gym in Mahavir Nagar and not the Transform join specially in kandivali west.i will never recommend this gym to anyone..There website make a lot of promises but in reality they don't provide anything..
