★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trip was very good and I enjoyed the overall trip with my family. Best part was the car and the driver allocated for us for the entire trip. I was not very happy with the hotels booked for me at both the places particularly at Dharamshala where I felt that I almost paid the double amount then the actual rent.
But overall I am satisfied with the travel magazine. They communicate clearly and timely. Thank you so much and will be looking forward for my next trip.

The hotel,the driver everything was just amazing.The food in the hotel was very nice. The driver was very cooperative and humble.I would definitely recommend Travel Magzine to everyone. Planning my next trip with them only.?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a tour for 5 days from Delhi to Himachal (Mcleodganj and Dalhousie). The taxi, hotels and sight-seeing services were provided by Travel Magazine. The tour operator is not very professional. They are just concerned about the money and don't ask the customer even once about their (customer's) level of satisfaction. The driver provided by the operator was travelling without licence, as his licence had been confiscated by the authorities previously. This resulted in us being stopped by police at multiple check points. The quality of car provided was also not great. The car even broke down on our way to Mcleodganj and more than 1 hour was wasted in getting it repaired. Out of two hotels provided to us, Hotel Mount at Mcleodganj was particularly very unprofessional. The hotel provided at Dalhousie 'Indraprastha Resort' was good and their services were as per our expectations. The operator was not willing to take us to all the places mentioned in the itinerary for sight-seeing despite them being clearly written in the itinerary. I would not recommend this tour operator and suggest you to find better tour operators in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just returned from an amazing week in Himachal Pradesh. Our travel agent Deepak Tiwari from Travel Magazine helped us in customizing the travel itinerary according to our requirements and plan. He has made all the hotel bookings and also provided the cab details and sent us the detailed itinerary well in advance so that we had ample time to prepare for our trip.
The rest of the trip was perfect too. Accommodations were all great. Cab driver Ashu was very friendly and cooperative - he has guided us perfectly through out the trip. We got to enjoy all the highlights of the scenic Himachal as planned.
Also, Deepak has been in contact with us regularly providing updates on the weather conditions before the trip and also inquiring about the facilities being provided during the trip.
Overall, it was an amazing trip with Travel Magazine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the cab booking experience. There is no transparency and confirmation process before they book the cab. If there is doubt in drop location which was discussed 2 months back. When you confirm the bookings you should once ask for the final plan of the customer. What are they upto. It is your duty. Your services are for customers only. But you do not bother. Things does not work on assumption. When you are talking continously during the confirmation of quotation then why not at the time of confirming the cab drop location. We rely on agencies because we have never been there before.
I hope you take it as a positive feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I booked Manali trip with them recently for 5 people. And I am satisfied with their services given the amount. Hotel room was beautiful, the food provided was wholesome and good during our stay. Deepak was in constant contact to ensure we are getting what we paid for. The only issues we faced was with the local sightseeing driver who was not accommodating enough but Deepak came to rescue. Also while coming back the Volvo driver only did stop once in the 12-13 hours of journey, in addition he stopped for local passengers and the Volvo was converted into local bus with people standing all around. Rest we had a good stay. I recommend them personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Services won't be delivered as promised. I booked manali-shimla- chandigarh package of 4 nights & 5 days. On 5th day, Mr. Deepak Tiwari from travel magazine told that the cab won't drop you at Chandigarh as written in the itinerary and asked us to board a bus from Shimla to Delhi. Please don't avail services from this agency. If you want to spoil your trip experience then please go ahead!
