1. I was Impressd by the advertisement on the entry get showing get rs.3000 coupons on shopping above rs.3000. When I reached to check out they said there will be only rs.1500 coupons on shopping above rs.3000. Didn't understand why they put large multiple board sign reflecting wrong expired advertisement.
2. I have paid by card and as per their instruction I have entered my Pin and after that they argued that there is some network error and I have to pay by cash. After paying cash. I checked my phone and got Email that my account has been debited with the same billing amount although paying cash. Raise a complaint to store manager, store accountant and cashier. They initially said that the issue will be resolve within 24 hours, after that they asked my my card details over phone and I denied to share my details ad they should have that detail on their system. The store accountant called me and said he checked account statements and there is no amount they received and they don't have any records. So, they need my card details. I denied and next day they called me and said they just need last 6 digit of my card and expiry date. I am not sure how they got rest of my card details. They promise the refund will be proceed within 7 days. I have also raised 3 time complaint on relience trend customer care since the issue happned. It's been 15 days of that purchase and still haven't got any money. They literally double charged me for nothing. All I will say they have wrong discount advertisement, wrong billing method, false promises, poor customer service and worst service then government department.
If anyone faced same issue then please write on review. So that company owner realized what a mess going on this branded store. So, no one loose their money.
