★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our Dubai trip with True Blue and their rep Anu was our travel organizer. It was good, customised and could have been better as well.
Pros :
Custom made plan, adjustable dates, transparency, 24*7 availability and responsive.
Cons :
Some informational were last minute and not everyone from the team was as responsive as Anu was. I.e. had to pay extra for tickets where in they could have booked for us citing we were already their clients.
Anyways, there is always a next time. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by company in a very professional manner , they helped me in their best capacity, i would like to give a special mention to Anu my tour manager , she helped me right from tour planning , various activities to be included till the point i landed in Delhi in a very professional manner. I would surely recommend this company to everyone. Adding few pictures of the places which we visited so that everyone knows its a correct review not a fake one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have visited Dubai. Trip was amazing. Hotels 10/10. Everything properly arranged. I can say it’s organised and planned properly, All credit goes to DEEPAk. He is the best in the business. My flight got 3 or 4 time canceled because of this COVID thing, I was enjoying my trip with no tention. Everything was taken care by DEEPAK. It was just awesome service????. TRUE BLUE TRAVEL company has the best MANAGER in the name of DEEPAK. You can close ur EYE ? and believe him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my genuine feedback to True Blue travel for my 7 days vacation in Dubai.
I would give them a 4 start rating. Pros and Cons are below -
Pros -
1) Genuine and legitimate travel agency. Trustworthy
2) Since beginning Anu was very active and prompt in communication and providing us quotations. This saved our lot of time in planning.
3) She provided us guidance on all the travel related queries.
4) Hotel references were adequately provided. We stayed in Hyatt Place wasl district. I would rate my stay at the hotel as 5 ⭐. One of the best hotel I ever statyed. Would definitely recommend for pleasant stay.
5) Drivers were polite and were always on time. Cars provided for travel were in very good condition. Except the driver for our desert safari who I beleive was not from Travel Blue.
Cons -
1) On First day arrival driver was not on time. Instead of him being on the arrival gate, he wanted us to come to some other location for pickup. Better understanding was expected since it was new city for us.
2) For all the site seeing, ticket category was bought without proper consulting. We expect agents to provide us description and category of tickets available before buying it for us.
3) Drop locations was only fixed at hotel, any deviations from our side was not well received by Travel Blue. As travellers we may change our destination to save time and explore more. This could have been handled in a better and understanding way.
4) Drivers were at times trying to skip locations during city tours stating that it doesn't have much to see. So take your decisions wisely.
However, lastly would like to Thanks Anu and Travel Blue for all the Hard work and making our trip a success.

I’ve been travelling from quite some time now and I prefer to do my own research and bookings all by myself.
The only reason I made an exception this time for my Kashmir trip is HEENA - one of the most genuine and knowledgeable travel advisor I’ve ever met. She really knows the destinations in India & abroad very well and is really receptive to any customization requirements. She did an excellent job in recommending all hotels and planning our 6 day itinerary. She was patient enough to help me with my endless queries and was highly responsive even during off hours. And last but not the least, they will give you the best possible deal in market.
We had an amazing time in Kashmir. All our hotels were 10/10 - in terms of location, food, service and comfort. The driver arranged by Hina for our trip was really professional and showed us some beautiful local spots while driving us around.
I’m really impressed by Heena as she was available 24*7 during our entire trip and was kind enough to follow up with us every other day to check if we are comfortable or need any assistance.
THANK YOU so much for the wonderful experience.
Me booking another trip (Dubai) with you guys is a true testimony that you are doing an outstanding job.
