★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad organization ,I gave 8 rounds of interview after that they told me you are selected , got a mail regarding documentation,after that told me they will release my offer letter,then HR called me that for general discussion you have to come office, I went there and again my interview taken by Harish .....he told me he will update me after that I got a call from HR that you are not selected ,Harish not like your profile,it was my 9th round.
There is no value for candidate.it was never ever happened in my entire life.they totally waste my time, money.i never ever suggest for this organization.

Interviewed, selected and as a condition they ask my original Post-Graduate certificate before offer letter being released. I submitted my certificate, got offer from Morgan Stanley & informed TruGlobal, well in advance. Till date they have not returned my certificate. Thankfully I applied for a copy, got it from my University on time before joining MS.
TruGlobal could've given me tough time but I chosen the smarter way.
Do not join this organization if you have another option. TruGlobal people are thoroughly unprofessional. Be very careful of these bunch of *******

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the hopeless company which I have seen in my over all experience.
HR’s over act as if they are the best interviewers in the society. But they asking the same silly questions for almost 4 rounds, that also they take interviews on different days. finally say we will get back to you in 1 week.
They need the best experience person from IT companies to work for lowest CTC.
They focus on cost cutting, but not on the experience person & their talents.
Finally employees stay with them for less days & move out of the company.
Please don’t waste your time & days in attending interviews in this company.!!

Do not go with Glass-door review all are fake. (Good reviews are self review done from the management)
Not at all Employee friendly organisation. Employees treated as slaves.
No professionalism in company and HR.
Worst HR Policies.
Working on US Holidays.
Salary is on 6th of Every month.
No flexible timings.
Company Expect your Original document to be submitted before joining- Its Just a Trap.
Hire and Fire method.
Company will not pay salary / Offer Basic salary. once you released from the project or no project. Even if its not mentioned in the Bond.
Company bond - all the points are with company side. Read carefully before signing. NP 3 months if you are billable (Even in probation) and if you put paper
and they can fire any time without notice (No restriction for them).
If you want to put yourself in the bad situation, Then please join this company, you will get good experience.
If you can work in this company, Then you can Survive in any company - No company is bad as this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lower Management follows the instructions of the so called CEO but if your going for interview even if the 4 rounds go well and you do well /excellent in system test and prove your worth, CEO will make you wait for almost 4-5hours to take last round and he wont even look into eyes while we answer and has a lot of attitude to the core where he acts like we are slaves and he is riche rich. I seriously did not like the way he treated candidates and did not even consider the last 4 rounds performance,he only believes in oral representation and certifications. If you want to work and also be respected then i suggest not to go for interview or join the company.
Even with such bad reviews i still went and even though i have experience with big clients and proven skills CEO looks at u like your nothing..
Working with heals on is better than Working brains on with some true practical knowledge of present market n hiring needs can oy be understood by a struggler who struggled her/his way up and not the ones who sit under AC. May be thats y i can see beautiful review's.. not recommended..
