★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and nice staff. I don't use spa services though they have it. Unlike most of places they don't force you to buy stuff they think is good for your dog or cat. They have very good selection of dry and wet dog and cat food .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a rough collie, I called for the grooming van, they came and within an hour they had her looking fluffly and gorgeous. She looked sooo happy with herself. It used to take me 3hours to groom her myself, this was worth the effort it saves me.
Definitely recommend, and will be using their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, i have been to this Dog spa twice. I have a 13 plus year old senior GSD.
Here is the story :-
Feb 2021 - when max of the pet shops were closed , i have been searching for a walker paw cover for my pet. I tried many pet shops but max didn’t respond as they were shut. I got a positive reply back from the owner of this outlet. However, I didn’t buy the walker paw cover as it didn’t meet my specs but the owner was kind enough to block it for me for over a day.
April 2021 - I again tried calling 3-4 dog spa outlets for in-house spa treatment for my pet. I again received the reply from the owner within 1 hr and the mobile pet spa Van from the outlet was at my place at the time committed. The staff Amit and Alam were both professional and knew their job well. They were careful with my senior dog and were deliberate in their work. It took them almost 1.5 hrs to groom - bathe - blow dry - groom - blow dry. And all the time both the staff members were patient. The Van is adequately equipped.
One suggestion- pl try to put some kind of rubber mats/strips along the aluminium table top as the old dogs slip alot.

My 4stars are equal to 5stars. I believe there is a scope for improvement always and always. Do consider it as a 5star.

We took our pet to this grooming place where we have called them one day prior in order to book an appointment for grooming and bath they said “ We have walk in service you can come anytime after 10am”.
When we went to this place the lady who sits at the counter was showing tantrums “ please wait , it’s too much rush we have appointments “ and only one pet was there taking bath.
We waited for approximately 35 minutes yet no service was provided and the lady did not want to look into the case.
That’s how customer service they are providing, totally worst experience.
I want to give them 0 stars if that would have been possible.
