β β β β β Not a single section here works efficiently. They give you an acknowledgement for very query you register but there is no way to track the status of the acknowledgement. One of my complaints is on for over 2 years and the m-Oasis app says the file is still yet to be opened! If I had to go to each section to know the status then what's the use of the government investing so much of the tax payer's money on such apps?

First of all without any notice they have sealed down our house because of owner's son tested positive,
We haven't got household things that we can adjust but water supply people are denying to come & serve . It's being tough to manage
We are home quarantined we understand the severity.
But those people are roaming coming down atleast 3 times.

β β β β β Very disappointed about monitoring street sweeper s. Resident of sapthagiri extension. The street sweeper here is the same person since many years drawing salary and not working. She comes only to collect money during deepawali. However due to some inspection she came and dumped all the dirt of the street in front of our house and did nothing about it. They are eating the government salary and doing nothing. Sapthagiri extension 3rd cross, 12th main. The street is not even 100 m with 6 trees. And the sweeper is not changed since years and the work of her is done by the residents here.

Inspite of online taxpaid . They won't get updated in der portal. Without looking into portal they come to spot again ask to pay tax. No response will b given to any mail communication done

β β β β β More queue at counters . Since most of them are outsourced employees they delay work especially at tax paying centre at Tumkur one. They make elders aged above 60 wait for more than hour . It will be sensible enough to provide a separate queue for 50/60+ yrs people and avoid outsource employees who delay intendly!! The old building is losing all its paint and looks , dunno why no one is interested in taking care of such a heritage building. The new building is good , neatly maintained but less active response or absence of elected members!!! I don't understand why form no 3 isn't provided online after paying tax online . After paying online on the website , I was made to wait in the queue only for form no 3. Wish that to be available for download online sooner !!!
