★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I had changed my residence I submitted a request for changeof address at Connaught place branch. on 5.06.2021.The concerned officer checked our originals and said it would be done in a week.Till date nothing has been done.I contacted online grievance ,got a reply to contact the branch.My daughter also gave a similar request.Nothing done in her case. Also the behavior of staff was not upto the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting Here from last half an hour just to get on cheque cleared, staff is really arrogant, especially the passbook counter guy, staff is absent from cheque clearing desk from last half hour, I am sitting in while writing this review, staff is greatly inadequate and inefficient, look into this and improve services, feels like visiting some SBI BRANCH
