★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urja ville apartments are nicely built and maintained. Its a gated society, very safe and secured. A cute little park in the middle of the apartments. It's a nice place to reside in.

Though it is very much in the city and market area yet the place is nice calm with lots of green cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Society in sector -51 Noida , No maintenance and no water supply . Security guards takes money if you need a maid . No proper plumber . Plumber doesn't do his work . Secondly Sweeper comes once in a week . No cleaning anyone can catch Corona Virus easily . Convener and secretary are fully corrupt and increased the maintaince to 7500 Rs and No look after the society . This society does not have parking . People who have parking , are parking outside near the corridor . And this society doesn't have proper park and no power backup supply . . This society is under the influence of Bihari's . Anyone can enter even a thief also can enter easily and no proper checking .Because convener and secretary are making money and are fully corrupt . Thirdly no proper elections , 3-4 ladies are there in the society who runs their gossip column and wants each and every details of their neighbor flats through maids . So be careful before purchasing any flat . All flats are under seepage . Mostly this society is run by the maids and not the flat owners
