We had ordered Men's kurta 2999/- on Apr 23 rd and we cancelled as it was not getting delivered due to lock down.
Till date they have not returned money inspite of continuously calling customer care daily.
Only thing they ask us to wait for a day so that it reflects in our acct.But we have not rec'd the money so far.
Very poor coordination between the customer care and finance team.
Hoping atleast seeing this msg they return my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This organization is apt for the young blood. Career opportunities are there for mid level managers. Pay scale is good only for mid to higher level. Career growth is not that much but one can gain a good experience from here.
Office interior, work ambiance, people, etc. are appreciable. But leave policy and employee facilities like pf, etc. are very poor.
Overall this is a good place to work.
