★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite and professional AME, I did my QCAA Initial class 1 medical in Doctor Masrani's clinic and was an amazing experience
She's a qualified medical examiner of most of the worldwide aviation authorities such as EASA, FAA, etc... so you landed in Mumbai and your medical certificate will expire in a couple of days, just do one thing, just visit Dr. Masrani and renewal it on your layover!

Extremely patient and courteous, rather than rushing on upon answering my questions in great detail she patiently enquired if there was anything more I wanted to know and carefully explained the processes to me.
I came to her for my Canadian Pilot Medicals and upon learning she is also a DGCA Class 1 Medical Examiner now it was a no brainer to visit her for my renewals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approached the doctor regarding my case for special issuance of airman medical. I was asked to come from Delhi to Bombay to initiate the medical process; was charged Rs5000/- for a 10minute appointment, where I was advised to get many tests done from hospitals all over the country. Took many months for me to finally get all the reports in order, & sent them via mail & email as requested by her. After which I tried contacting her through emails/sms/WhatsApp/telephone/etc for months. Contacted the office many times, but was always told by the receptionist that she is either busy or unavailable, and was advised everytime that the Dr or the office would revert back immediately. I had tried to check with the Dr through all modes of communication (except post mail) but to no avail whatsoever. I presented my case to the medical centre with a lot of faith in the Drs calibre, and was certain that a lot may have happened during the months of silence as she may have been busy trying to figure out how to deal with my case, but alas till date there's been absolutely no response whatsoever - not even a "no, can't be done". Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is shameful and unacceptable to see a South Mumbai Doctor not have any Sanitisers placed around for customer use. Especially after the usage of public material in each of the testing rooms. The washrooms do not meet standards of a fancy South Mumbai clinic as well with what could only be a miserly Approach to not have tissue papers in the washrooms either.
