I have bought TVS Jupiter Brown edition from your showroom, yesterday and there are few feedback that I want to share it with you.
1. When a customer visit your showroom you have to ask him/her or family member's for a cup of Coffee or Tea in this winter or please make a customer sitting area or tea, coffee vending machine at your showroom.
2. I didn't get a official key holder for my scotty, they have just provide me the basic one I think it will tear in one week only a third quality key ring. You need to keep the official one guys. Customer is spending lakh or more to buy your product's and you guys are not providing the genuine one key ring. What's the purpose of visiting your showroom then in Civil Line?
3. Kindly attain one customer at one time so that you focus on the same one. Keep your phone on silent option otherwise customer will not understand all the features or the payment mode then you are gone for a toss for sure by the customer.
4. Once you promise your customer that you need to contact them and provide the Insurance hard copy as well as pdf form on mail and WhatsApp too. I didn't get the same till today's date or didn't receive any calls too.
