They have only 1 building for 2BHK and rest all are 1BHK building...
Cost wise bit expensive for 2BHK which comes around 68lakhs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are not a lot good options when it comes to 1 BHKs but W57 offered me spacious 1 BHK with home automation. It was a very good experience at their office. Mr Karamdeep was supportive and helped me understand project well. Recommended for those who are looking for premium and modern home at good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the price , carpet area of 1rk is small, It should be atleast approx 500 sqr fit. Recently Itrend launched just beside it which providing 1.5 bhk in approx same price with many good amenities like spa/steam etc. W57 can now give some extra amenities or modular kitchen to buyer who will bye and who bought already then It would be satisfiable deal for those who will buy and for whom bought already. and they can tell its features to other known person who will show interest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, if someone is looking for flat near hingewadi IT park. Project have 1& 2 Bhk flat with ample space. Better than Rohan builder newly launched project.
Must visit this project if you are looking for flat in Wakad area .

The location is very very prime, everything is within 500m distance. It's also very well connected , as it's just opposite to the Pune- Bangalore Highway. The project is exactly at Bhumkar chowk.
The upcoming Pheonix Mall is at a walkable distance from the site.
Amenities available for every age group , including senior citizens.
The builder has a brand value, as I have lived in projects developed by the Adi - Siddhashila group. The construction quality is good as far as the old properties that I have seen.
The proposed metro station is 1.5km away which is another plus point for the future perspective.
Price is a bit high, but as per the location it seems to be justified.
