★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are not well dont ever ask wellness forever to do a home delivery. it will take 2 hours and wrong order will be delivered. I dont think they realise they are into emergency medical business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ koregoan park branch there is a guy named shailesh dont even expect them to do home delivery , that guy denies it straight and he instead asked me to come and pick up , tried to call on different day but the response is same, very stupid ignorant staff ...let me get shailesh's pay and il cme to pick up and will never call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff needs to learn how to speak with customers. They never return change. Rather force you to take a cheap sweet instead. This has happened 3-4 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical which has no stock of medicines maximum time. Most of the time they will mention that medicines are not available we will have to arrange it. The will waste time in doing entry of even 5rs chocolate which does not help to anyone. This is very serious. Please look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing is it remains open 24 hrs a day. What I did not like about this place is they call themselves a pharmacy when they sell Cadbury, London Diary, Snickers, Dairy Milk, Haldiram, PepsiCo products. It's more of a grocery-cum-pharmacy store. You can buy only basic medicines here. Staff is very well behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a lot of shampoos, soaps and consumer products - they have pretty good stock of that, maybe that is what they should focus on and drop the pharmacy/druggist.
I called to check if they had a medicine for parasite infection causing diarrhea, they did not have the medication and made no offer to order it.
After visiting other druggist in the area, I decided to stop in-person and ask them to order and make a delivery to Marriott Suites, 1km away. They said they could give me 2/3 of my order the next days. It has been two days and no update. I called after no delivery and got a whatsapp number of an employee, wrote and received no response.
Also their website would not send OTP to my US or Indian mobiles so I could make an account to place an order somewhere that has actual tracking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy any health devices from here..I bought oxymeter from here few minutes back, they told me this is what we sell everyday and it has 70% off . When I asked if they have other brand they said this is what we sell everyday and it's a good brand so we have it!! May be they are getting good commission on this Easycare brand Oxymeter but this machine is not good , doesn't give right readings. She put expensive 85 rs 2aaa cell in it. I will not buy from this store again as they left me feel they are just making money.
Do not buy Easy Care brand Oxymeter.

I asked for half strip of medicine X but the lady their denied, unfortunately she had brought a cutout from previous given medicine x to someone. I asked her how was that possible. She said system got hanged. Liers and looters they are. Avoid wellness. Also one morning i went at 5:30 am. It was closed. It is not an 24 hour medical
