1. Wrong address
2. Wrong telephone number or telephone number from central wickedride (which is useless)
3. Tilted front forks, seemed like the bike had met with accident recently. Handle bar was stiff and was not roadworthy.
4. The bike was dirty! Given the price wickedride charges, a washed bike is expected.

I booked a scooty and when I went to collect the bike they said the scooty is not available.They said the money will be refunded in 30 minutes but I didn’t receive even after a day.These people dont even have a common sense to check the bike availability and inform the customer atleast one hour in advance. It is waste of time.

1. Helmet with broken lock threads and brokenglass
2. Bike with meter wire cut. Once you come back they will argue and charge thousands + GST
3. Pickup of bike is worst than Splendor
4. Most important you will have to follow up a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are no angles in the city. They are also one of those highly unethical people existing in city and cheating people daily.
I have been given Helmet without lock and glass. I mean come on ! It's a basic necessity for riding a bike. Atleast don't promise it if u can't give it. We can arrange at our own.
The bike has no working headlight, oil meter and distance meter. Yes you heard it right.. the oil meter was also not working. It also didn't have oil. We drove it till petrol station on choke -_-
And yes, they also ask to pay in advance before even seeing the bike.
I also had to struggle to contact them... Nobody responds to calls. If u think m kidding... I had 4 numbers from customer support and none of them worked !!!
You big big liars!!!! And cheaters... Don't be so blind for money that you can't be atleast ethical.
