★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and pathetic brand. I never expect from Woodland this kind of service. I had bought the shoe before 2 month back and there is a pilling and bubbling issue and they said this is a wear and tear issue and they can't do anything on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Staff ever. Uncooperative, hilarious communication. Defective low quality shoe material. Please do not buy formal shoe. They are highly price escalated but material is incredibly defective.
Staff is only interested in money making & sale happening. They really dont give after sale service at all. I wasted my precious money. I regret buying from bata instead.
Worst shop!!

I bought a pair of shoes from them and sales person had given warranty of sole pasting. By chance sole pasting was removed badly and shoes were not in a position to be used. I gave my shoes to them for repair under warranty and surprisingly they made it just like new for free.

But when i reached there i found the staff very helpful and informed me about the service and what is possibilities of further repair if any. They did the repair from the factory at very reasonable charges. The staff is very helpful. The store is having lot of varieties that too on great discount. The quality of woodland and service made me a fan of it.
