★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to this branch on Wed 30th Mar, 22 for a hair trim with the existing layer cut, which I have been maintaining since a decade now. I clearly mentioned that I want to have a layer cut with trim only.
This female chopped my hair and made something called as multi step which I never asked for, I did reconfirm with her twice while she was onnn chopping off my hair to the best that she could. She made horrible lumpy looking ear length steps, which she managed to hide by setting it by the end.
Post hairwash the true hairstyle was revealed to me and i immediately called up the salon, I was asked to meet Sheila and I did on Friday.
This female Sheila, I must tell shes is exceptionally talented, she tried to fix my horrible cut hair to the maximum she could but the damage was way to much to repair to the way I wanted it to be. Sheila, I really Thank you for saving me from that embarrassment.
It will take me couple of months to come out of this disaster for which the salon is responsible. How did the salon allow non trained staff to even touch clients hair. How could you all play with clients. How would you guys make up for the damage caused to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done the keratine treatment from this month. After 2 nd wash it becomes normal as it was same as earlier also the freeziness not gone from the hair. Nd too much hair fall hair cut also not good it was a v shape hair cut but looks like a straight cut i want refund my money back they are very unprofessional not respond calls & massages.
Worst salon in whole Dombivli never ever visit this salon .
