★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I was quite satisfied with 1stop, their equipement was generally good and customer service was also pleasant.
But I recently had the most upsetting experience. They have me a set of Seinheiser lapel mic of which the cable mic had a loose end (it was unstable, and the sound could drop or have static at any moment of the interviews I was recording because of the slightest movement). One could say that unfortunately this kind of incident happens with rented equipement, but what was disturbing is that the guy from there, instead of apologising, was adamant that this was only MY responsibility (i should have checked the equipement when received) and, then later, that they could NOT have given me anything disfunctional anyway and so that I was the one who had damaged the cable!
Really disappointed by 1stop this time and will never rent anything from them again for sure. Just can’t afford to take the risk of badly maintained / checked equipment, but more importantly, to be treated with such disregard, especially when you actually try to build a long term professional relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can rent out all the camera related equipments here. This store being in DN Nagar Andheri gives a good access everywhere, where you find all the light and camera equipment companies in goregaon Siddharth Nagar. The equipment they provide is of good quality atleast until now I never had a problem on set. They even provide iphones to shoot with a mobile tripod. Even the technicians are good and friendly on set. I would highly recommend one to rent out from these and the prices are proper too
